Heaven was once described to me as being a closeness with God, whereas, hell is a distance from God, and the degrees of spiritual bliss or suffering the departed endure related directly to how close they are to God.
I am on a journey, a journey to bring myself closer to God. Like an explorer with a questionable map, I have certain notions of where to begin looking, but without the absolute certainty of where I will go or what I will find. Neither the first, nor the last to start such a journey, I endeavor to embark and allow myself to be led where ever the path goes.
My suggestion is that you read this as if it were a printed book. That is, from cover to cover, beginning to end. If at the conclusion, you decide for whatever reason to read it again, then you can skip back-and-forth looking for what you want. I have purposely encoded tags and sections to make searching easier, but my hope is that you’ll only do this once you’ve read it through as a narrative. Please also note that this is a work-in-progress, and is, as of yet, unfinished.
